HypnoBirthing "The Mongan Method" Series

Join Amanda Dodson HBCE, CD(DONA) for a series in learning the HypnoBirthing "The Mongan Method". HypnoBirthing is a gentle and relaxing way to give birth. In class we focus on breathing, relaxation, visualization and how fear can be associated with birth.
 

There are a lot of fears that can surround birth, and those fears should not hold you back from having an amazing birth experience. HypnoBirthing "The Mongan Method" will teach you to place yourself in an ultra-calm state using visualizations, music, self-hypnosis, and relaxation techniques. You and your body work together through your labor, easing pain and discomfort. In Hypnobirthing, you are totally conscious and in a strong state of relaxation and engagement with your body. Your mind is still functioning normally so you’re aware of what is going on around you.

 

 

Join the first 5 week HypnoBirthing "The Mongan Methos" series of 2019 and walk away from this series feeling prepared and informed about your upcoming birth.

Registration deadline is January 5th, 2019.
*(We will skip the week of January 26th due to a previously scheduled event and resume the following Saturday, February 2nd.)

Additional notes:

Doulas are welcome to observe classes. I am not a HypnoBirthing Doula trainer so this will only be for observational purposes. Limited spaces for doulas. Please contact Amanda directly to arrange.
