Like many, my yoga practice began as a physical practice. Over time it has grown to become much deeper than I ever imagined. “The greatest journeys in life are the ones that answer questions that in the beginning you didn’t even think to ask!” Unknown. I feel yoga has been that journey for me, and it is just the beginning! Yoga has changed my life in amazing ways. After a yoga retreat in Nosara, Costa Rica, I knew I wanted to share the gift of yoga with others. I completed my 200 hour Kunga Yoga Teacher Training at Wilmington Yoga Center with Noelle Cavanaugh and I currently am completing the WYC Teaching Internship and Mentorship.
My classes are composed of fun and powerful flows with a focus on connection to the breath. My inspirations are Music, The Ocean, Nature, Family, friends, my teachers and fellow students.

  • Reggae Yoga | Open
  • Reggae Yoga celebrates music and movement with an all-levels, feel-good Vinyasa Flow set to a fun and upbeat Reggae playlist. The rhythm of Reggae music is based on the heartbeat and carries a message of peace, love and unity. Experience these positive vibes in your yoga practice; enjoy music and movement with community, while connecting mind, body, and spirit. You will leave class feeling high on life!

  • SUP Yoga | Beginner/ Open
  • Are you ready to meet a blissful experience on the water? Don't worry! We were beginners once too! Our beginner/ open SUP Yoga class is perfect for those with little to no yoga or paddleboarding experience.*
     
    Our seasoned SUPY teacher will first teach SUP and Yoga FUNdamentals on land before taking our skills into the water. Once we jump on our SUP boards we will try a few paddle drills to refine our technique and then paddle to our "floating yoga studio" where you will enjoy a basic yoga flow that helps to balance the muscles used in SUP. End your yoga practice with a delightful rest and mediation followed by a short paddle back to land. SUP Yoga helps to build core strength and integration while cultivating awareness of the true present moment.
     
    This class is seasonal and is weather dependent. Classes will be canceled 30 minutes prior to class start time if weather is not in our favor.
     
    *Swimming skills are required.

    **Please preregister by 5:00pm the night prior to class. Pay online or by calling the studio. Once registered, you will receive an email with drop in location and details. Carpooling or biking to location is highly recommended, as parking is limited.


  • Warm Power Vinyasa | Open
  • Power Vinyasa Yoga uses mixed sequencing to build strength and flexibility through a vigorous flow. By moving at a quicker pace and linking together yoga postures through breath awareness and combining holds, core work, and balances, one will find this practice both challenging and transformative. The room will be heated, 85-95 degrees, keeping the body supple and promoting flexibility.
     
    All ability levels are welcome, as there will be modifications, options and specific alignment cues given throughout the class that appeal to all levels of practitioners. It is highly recommended that brand new beginner yogis partake in the beginner and /or basic level classes before joining an open-level class.

  • Early Bird Vinyasa | Open
  • Vinyasa classes mindfully unite intention, breath, and movement. This class will offer a well-rounded practice that includes meditation, pranayama, sun salutations, and fluid movement between postures. All levels are welcome, as there will be modifications, specific alignment cues, and options offered throughout class. It is recommended that brand new yogis partake in beginner or basic classes before joining an open-level class. The early bird gets the worm and the savings! This class is a special rate of $10.
