Beginner Yoga | Basic
Beginner Yoga introduces the families of asana (poses) with emphasis on alignment. This class is playful, conversational, and supportive, while allowing the practitioner to cultivate a strong connection to the mind, body, and breath. Beginner Yoga is appropriate for brand new yogis, those who have injuries, or practitioners who wish to gain a deeper understanding of alignment.
Mindful Alignment | Intermediate
Mindful Alignment is an extended 1.5 hour class that explores yoga poses, breath, and alignment. This class is tailored with inspirational readings and relaxation techniques. Mindful Alignment has no music so that practitioners can stay ever-present throughout the practice. The intermediate class is sequenced for those with an established yoga practice of one year or more (or coming from another discipline that highlights body awareness and mechanics).
