What is your favorite yoga pose?

Varies day to day, week to week but lately Eka Pada Bakasana transitioning to other various arm balances has been really fun. 

What does yoga mean to you?

Yoga is the practice of being the best version of myself no matter the past and present circumstances.

What is an example of your yoga off the mat?

Breath, balance and gratitude in all things good or bad.

Specific classes/style of teaching:

Right now teaching Hour of Power and Warm Slo Flow. My style of teaching, hmmmm? Vinyasa with emphasis on rhythm and breath.

Your invitation to the population:

Take a deep breath in and hold …………………………………………….…………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………….now let it go……..all of it.

What’s your spirit animal/why?

Hawk, kinda obvious?

Where would you go in a time machine?

Montana circa 1000 AD; my great grandmother was a Blackfoot Indian; Im kinda obsessed with that culture. 

If you were ice cream, what flavor would you be and why?

Chocolate, cause my existence depends on it.

Biggest talent?

Probably music. I started classical training on piano when I was 4 and worked professionally traveling around the states and Europe until I got burned out around 25 and changed gears. I still compose and record quite a bit to satisfy my innate need for such.

Happiest moment in your life?

Each morning I wake up next to my girl. 

The best part of waking up is?

Knowing I at least have one more day.
