Soaring temperatures and high humidity can be intense here in the summer months. As Longwave Yoga takes its practice into the elements this summer, we encourage you to drink plenty of water. When our bodies receive the water that we need, we become alive and vibrant with energy. If you’re looking for something that packs a little more flavor, this oh-so-tasty and refreshing beverage will keep you cool whether you’re coming back from a SUP Yoga or Seaside class or taking a vinyasa class at the studio.
5 minutes… if that!
2 cans of Coconut La Croix (or any sparkling water of your choice)
4 medium strawberries
Handful of blueberries
¼ cup mint leaves, loosely packed
1 tbsp. of honey or maple syrup
1 cup ice
Splash of coconut water
1. Muddle together fresh mint, blueberries, strawberries and sweetener of choice.
2. Add ice and coconut water, then pour in the sparkling water.
