Welcome to Longwave Yoga, a beautiful yoga studio in Wilmington, NC, where our practice is inspired by a coastal lifestyle and the ever-changing current of life.

At Longwave Yoga, we welcome yogis from all walks of life and all levels of experience.  Our classes are based on Vinyasa sequencing, where body and breath move together, reflecting the ebb and flow of life. Through your practice, you’ll build strength and endurance, improve flexibility, and reduce tension. You’ll also hone your ability to live in the present moment, learn to navigate life’s waves with skill and stability, and bring joy and passion to the ride, one wave at a time.

Located on Racine Drive, across the street from Port City Java and just down the road from the University of North Carolina Wilmington, the Longwave Yoga community is fun loving, welcoming, adventurous, and ready for anything. We hope you’ll join us soon!

  • YOGA & SURF W/ LEXI & BRANDON HAWKS! FRIDAY, AUGUST 26, 5:30-7:30PM! Lexi & Brandon will be guiding a meditation, an invigorating vinyasa flow focused on core balance for riding waves, as well as stretching the muscles necessary for paddling and springing to your feet, and surf with one on one instruction! Partnering up with Sean's Private Surf Instruction, this is most certainly the best way to end your week. Pre-registration is required. Please register by Thursday, 5pm HERE
