Welcome to Longwave Yoga, a beautiful yoga studio in Wilmington, NC, where our practice is inspired by a coastal lifestyle and the ever-changing current of life.

At Longwave Yoga, we welcome yogis from all walks of life and all levels of experience.  Our classes are based on Vinyasa sequencing, where body and breath move together, reflecting the ebb and flow of life. Through your practice, you’ll build strength and endurance, improve flexibility, and reduce tension. You’ll also hone your ability to live in the present moment, learn to navigate life’s waves with skill and stability, and bring joy and passion to the ride, one wave at a time.

Located on Racine Drive, across the street from Port City Java and just down the road from the University of North Carolina Wilmington, the Longwave Yoga community is fun loving, welcoming, adventurous, and ready for anything. We hope you’ll join us soon!    




  • DRUMINYASA FALL EQUINOX FLOW w/ Lexi, Sept 22, 6:30- 8:00pm. To celebrate the fall equinox, join yoga teacher Lexi Hawks and Druminyasa percussionist Brad Ellsworth for this rhythmic and dynamic class.   • COMMUNITY MEDITATION w/ Monica Sevigny, Sept 28, 7:00-7:30pm. Get clear for fall in our cOMmunity Meditation! Meditation is a practice of concentrated focus upon sound, object, visualization, breath, movement, or attention itself in order to increase awareness of the present moment.   • RESTORATIVE SOUNDBATH w/ Mary Glackmeyer and Eddy Nataraj, Oct 1, 6:45pm-8:45pm. Make time to soak up the sweetness of this life! In this 2-hour restorative class, you will receive thai therapeutics, sacred sound with instruments and voice, and meditation. Learn more HERE.
