Prenatal and PostNatal Yoga and Support

Weekly Classes

  • Prenatal Yoga

Prenatal Yoga supports and nourishes the body, mind, and spirit during this special phase of a woman’s life. Opening each class with a brief talking circle, participants have the option to share areas that could use more support and build a community with other birthing people. This class will help prepare and contribute to the best possible pregnancy and birth by focusing on breathwork, relaxation, muscle toning, and stretching. The pregnancy journey is such a special time in a person’s life and our goal is to provide the education, tools, and support to savor this chapter! Best of all you will share time and be supported by others in a similar life phase. There is also a Facebook group of people who have been part of this special group to continue to support each other. We hope you will join us.
