  • All-Levels Yoga

All-levels yoga is an inclusive class designed to accommodate beginners and experienced practitioners simultaneously. This is done by offering postures with modifications to meet each individual where they are in their respective practice. Accessible and adaptable, this class emphasizes the use of props, focuses on alignment and breath, and provides appropriate challenge for all as students are able to dictate their individual level of intensity in every class.

    Level: Open/ All

  • Slow Flow

Slow Flow helps students develop awareness of the yogic breath while synchronizing movement. This class offers a slower pace, which is nice for new students to take time in learning the poses and alignment, and simultaneously offers experienced students time to explore variations. Slow Flow works to build strength and flexibility while moving mindfully. One will leave feeling centered, integrated, and connected.

    Level: Open, Basic

  • Yin

Yin yoga is a slow-paced practice that focuses on the breath while surrendering, yielding, and unraveling the connective tissues in the body through long, passive holds. Yin yoga is said to loosen energy blockages and therefore increase pranic flow through the body while aiding in better organ function, increased flexibility, and calms the nervous system. Postures are generally held for 4-8 minutes or more, stimulating the tendons, ligaments, cartilage, and joints that normally are not reached in a more active style of asana practice.

Please inform the instructor if you are working with an injury.

    Level: Basic

  • Yin Yang

Yin Yang Yoga is equal parts movement and stillness. The yang portion of this class focuses on intentional movement to gradually build heat through a flow of Sun Salutations and foundational postures. Once the body is warm, the slow-paced yin portion focuses on the breath surrendering, yielding, and unraveling the connective tissues in the body through long, passive holds.

Please inform the instructor if you are working with an injury.

  • Restorative

Fully supported with bolsters, blankets, straps, and blocks, restorative yoga will gently and effortlessly open the body and mind to relaxation. This class is appropriate for all ages and levels, including those with limited mobility or injury. Please arrive 5-10 minutes early to set up props and settle in.

This class will help prepare and contribute to the best possible pregnancy and birth by focusing on breath work, relaxation, muscle toning, and stretching. The pregnancy journey is such a special time in the birthing person's life and our goal is to provide the education, tools, and support to savor this chapter!
