Logan Wagenseller ERYT-500, YACEP
Co-Owner, Lead Teacher Trainer
With a strong athletic background and desire to understand the needs of the physical and mental body, Logan was drawn to yoga as a freshman in college as a means of movement and clarity. Years later, through Longwave’s reputable lineage, Logan obtained her RYT 200, RYT 500, and SUP Yoga teaching certification.“Yoga has opened the door for a lifetime of learning, self-discovery, and an opportunity to do what I love, teach. It has also paved the way for me to lead workshops and classes in studios around the southeast, and international yoga retreats. Now, I have the honor of co-owning Longwave with my best friend, Jessie, and facilitating our 200-hour, 300-hour, and SUP Yoga teacher trainings. “
Committing fully to this journey on the long wave of life has taught her how to navigate life’s uncharted waters with grace and strength and instilled in the devotion to share that same sense of personal power with others. It has encouraged a deeper connection within, and reminds her everyday that she is capable of creating the life she desires to live.
With intention to always be evolving as a yogi and teacher, Logan is currently studying to become a certified Yoga Therapist through the International Yoga Therapy Institute.
Through training and teaching, Logan hopes to hold the light for students as they uncover their own confidence, strength, and self-love in an embodied, compassionate and vulnerable way, inspiring those around her to live in a way that truly fulfills their soul and uplifts the world.

Jessie Greenwell ERYT-200, RYT-500, YACEP
Co-Owner, Teacher Trainer
Jessie has an athletic background; originally from Maryland, she grew up playing soccer, swimming, surfing and running track. She pursued her undergrad at Mount Saint Mary’s University in Elementary and Special Education. After college, she taught kindergarten and first-grade special education for 5 years, during which time she fell in love with yoga. She obtained her RYT-200 certification from CorePower Yoga in Baltimore, Maryland and moved to Wilmington in 2019 to pursue a yoga career with Longwave Yoga as a teacher, event coordinator, and manager of the studio!
She specializes in Vinyasa, Power Yoga, Yoga Sculpt, and SUP Yoga, and is currently studying to be an Ayurvedic Counselor with the Shakti Ayurvedic School.
Jessie has great respect for the ocean and a lifelong passion for surfing! She uses her yoga practice to compliment her time spent on the water. Yoga helps to strengthen her physically while also providing a beautiful emotional and spiritual release and connect with the world around her - on land or at sea! She is *trying* to learn how to slow down especially after becoming a mom and rest by staying in tune with her body, but this chick is pretty much always on the go! You can catch her surfing at the South End or teaching SUP Yoga, Vinyasa, and Hour of Power classes at Longwave.
Jessie believes that yoga is both a strong physical practice and a lifelong journey inward toward one’s truest self. It is, at its core, a deep connection with the universe - practiced both on and off the mat in the things we do, think, and say. What we cultivate on our mat should permeate our everyday lives and bring us closer to our higher self - that which fills our souls completely.

Kristen Nice RYT-500, 85RPYT, YACEP
Pre & Postnatal Expert, Teacher Trainer
Kristen began her practice in 2007. Soon after, she realized the effect both the physical practice and the yogic philosophy had on her mind, body and health and knew she wanted to share the gift of yoga with others.
In 2013 she completed her 200Hr training and began teaching. During her first practice at Longwave Yoga in 2015, Kristen knew that she had found her yoga home for her personal practice and continued training. In January of 2019 Kristen completed the two year 300 Advanced Teacher Training with Longwave Yoga under the mentorship of Lexi Hawks and Mary Glackmeyer.
Kristen believes that yoga has gifts to offer everyone, no matter where they are in their practice, or stage of life, and while working with all levels of students, especially enjoys teaching beginner and prenatal clients. Considering herself a life long student, Kristen is dedicated to continuing education and has taken advantage of the many great guest teachers Longwave Yoga has brought to Wilmington, such as Leslie Kaminoff, Noah Maze, Nikki Costello, Kelly Haas, Jules Febre, Maria Garre, Bill Mahony and Manorama. When planning her class themes and sequences, Kristen’s inspiration comes from the yogic concepts she sees present in her own life and her hope is that by bringing those concepts to be examined on the mat, and building relationships with her clients, she can hold sacred space for her students and celebrate all stages of transformation.
Kristen reflects, “I feel whole when I practice and at home when I teach. My hope is to help guide my students to that same feeling, to know they are their own best teacher and that if they listen to that inner teacher, they will also find their own limitlessness.”

Caroline Ritz ERYT-200, RYT-500, YACEP
Caroline was born and raised in the Swiss Alps, where downhill skiing shaped her early love for movement and discipline. After finishing school, she spent several years living and working across the Middle East and Southeast Asia as a travel agent, embracing new cultures and perspectives. In 1995, she moved to the United States with her two sons and later began practicing Martial Arts, progressing to the level of Shodan.
When Caroline and her family relocated to Wilmington in 2007, yoga found her and it has been a central part of her life ever since. Devan Clark RYT-200
Devan completed her 200 RYT, Apprenticeship, and SUP Yoga training with her second home, Longwave Yoga. She got her yoga bite when she moved to Wilmington from NYC. Loving the enthusiasm they hired her as their intern for six months!
She worked her way to receive her 200 RYT and worked with Mary Glackmeyer in the apprenticeship program.
Longwave Yoga has always been home for Devan and she’s honored to finally be a part of the teaching staff. Her goal is to combine the artistic healing background she has already cultivated and mix it with her fun loving nature. "Om namah shivaya”.

Keary McClernan RYT-200
Keary McClernan comes from a background of athletics in water. As Keary transitioned from a water creature to a land-dwelling swim coach she began to search for something to fill the space left by her own swimming career. In 2016 she moved to Wilmington, NC to coach, to be near her family, and to be near the ocean. Upon arrival in Wilmington, she decided to sample all the yoga studios in town. She didn't make it far, as Longwave was the first studio on her list and after the first class, she knew the tides had drifted her into something special. Keary attached herself like a barnacle polyp attaching itself to a lifeboat in a tropical storm. The teachers at Longwave generously shared their passion and shone a light on the path of yoga that continues to be transformational in her daily life. As years passed, Keary found herself drawing more and more from the lessons of her yoga teachers and from the path of yoga to inform her coaching on the pool deck and to guide her daily living.
In 2021 Keary left swim coaching behind, but she has always known that her life will include teaching physical movement. In 2022 she took the plunge and completed her 200-hour yoga teacher training at Longwave with Lexi Hawks and Kristen Nice. She practices every day with the hope of always retaining a beginner's mindset toward yoga. Keary teaches vinyasa classes and hopes that every student will feel the opportunity to compassionately explore their own limitless potential. Every moment is a new beginning, every action a new choice, every human connection a new perspective.
When Keary is not teaching or practicing yoga you can find her floating in the nearest body of water, blowing bubbles for her two dogs to chase, or dirtying every dish in her kitchen in pursuit of creating something new.

Morgan Cameron RYT-200
Morgan Cameron was born and raised in Utah, where her love for the outdoors and exercise began. After graduating from the University of Utah with a degree in Marketing in 2021, she moved to Pensacola, FL with her now husband. A local studio and monthly membership later, Morgan’s love for yoga bloomed. What started as a way to move her body quickly became an obsession with deepening and advancing her practice.
The idea of becoming a yoga teacher crossed her mind, but after moving to Texas, the timing never quite felt right. Once she settled in North Carolina in 2024, she began. Searching for opportunities lead her to the 200-hour YTT at Longwave — a decision that changed everything.
As she advanced her learning and incorporated yoga philosophy into her daily life, the practice evolved from something she did into something she needed. Not only has yoga strengthened her physically — but also helped her to cultivate patience, presence, and build a connection with her community.
When she is not teaching, you can find her slinging brews at Salty Turtle Brewing Company, in the kitchen or traveling with her husband, thrifting for her next gem, or walking her mini poodle, JJ. She is endlessly grateful for her husband, life in NC, and for the incredible women of Longwave who created such a beautiful space to practice together.
Catch her Monday vinyasa if you’re looking for a little spice as you flow through an all-levels sequence.
