Twice Daily Meditations
Monday - Friday 6:45-7:00am live meditation on Zoom with a recording sent out after for those who could not attend live session. Evening meditation sessions are recorded and uploaded for you to watch whenever you can for the entire month. Weekend Meditations are also available as recordings. No live meditations during major holidays.

Build Your Practice
Each month’s series will offer a different theme to work with as you explore a variety of techniques including but not limited to mindfulness, body scans, mantras, mudras, Sanskrit, pranayama, chakra healing, visualizations, cultivating abundance, nurturing compassion, and more.

Satsang
Satsang means “in the company of truth.” One to two times a month an opportunity to connect as a community via Zoom will be offered. As teachers to ourselves and each other, discussion around our experiences can shed light on those places that are still unclear.

Experience
No experience necessary. This meditation series is accessible regardless if you can meditate for hours or struggle to sit still for 30 seconds. Kristen Nice will guide you as you discover various types of meditation and start or deepen your meditation practice.
Presence
The path of wisdom is supported by our own self-inquiry, practices of contemplation, and, of course, meditation. It is through our single-pointed focus that we are able to let the veils of illusions created by our own perceptions, concepts, and worldviews fall away.
Perhaps you have considered meditation, read about it, and discussed it, but still shied away from the practice. Perhaps you already have a practice but could use support, accountability, or variety. This is your opportunity to release your own self-limiting thoughts become present, into your reality. Join us for the month of September for a variety of guided meditations that will provide you with real experiences and knowledge of meditation to challenge your own self-limiting beliefs.
