Our 2025 women-only retreat is an opportunity to escape the demands of daily life and find refuge in paradise so you can rest and reset. Supported by a community of those experiencing life in a similar way, give yourself the opportunity to go inward, to heal, and to grow in the beautiful, serene and abounding nature of Nicaragua. With twice-daily (optional) yoga, an unforgettable view, healthy vegetarian meals, optional surfing/surf lessons, a pool just steps from your bungalow, and the Pacific Ocean just a short walk away, you’ll spend your days blissfully doing as much or as little as you desire.

We would love to welcome you to our tropical retreat paradise in Nicaragua. Making an Escape to Self surrounded by other uplifting women could be your turning point to a deeper, more conscious life.
What’s Included in your Escape:
-8 days, 7 nights accommodation in a shared or solo bungalow, overlooking the ocean and mountains, the mountains and valley, or the lush garden of the property.
-Daily healthy, vegetarian breakfasts and dinners + 5 lunches
-Twice daily (optional) yoga classes led by Longwave Yoga retreat leaders
-Daily (optional) pranayama and meditation
-Cacao ceremony led by Eden on the chocolata

-Swimming in and bathing by the pool anytime you wish

Pricing ranges from $2,300- $3,800, depending on the room assignment you choose.
There is also an early bird pricing, available until November 15th, 2024, that would save you $200 and is eligible for every room selection! -
Yes! Payment plans will be divided up as follows: (1) $500 non-refundable deposit, (1) payment drafted on Friday, January 3rd, and (1) payment drafted on Friday, February 14th.
By signing up for a payment plan, you agree to adhere to our return policy and refund deadlines.

No. You will be responsible for your own flight and transportation to and from the retreat center. Longwave is happy to coordinate your taxi to and from the airport once you provide flight info, but the payment for such is up to you.

There are 8 beautiful bungalows to choose from, all with different views of the incredible surroundings. You can choose shared or solo accommodations, with views of the ocean, the valley range, or the gardens. Each bungalow offers a king size or two twin sized beds. Prices vary based on selection.

All breakfasts and dinners, plus five lunches, are included in the retreat price. Each meal will feature fresh, local, vegetarian cuisine. Unlimited coffee and tea available daily, also.

YES! Our retreat is designed to be all about your own Escape. We will have a daily (optional) itinerary that includes space for activities and free time, but you get to choose how much or little you'd like to participate in! Practice every yoga class offered, or sleep in until noon. It's all about what would best serve your soul.
